Painful R eyeball, and purulent ocular discharge
RESULT
The right eyeball is increased in size measuring 2,1 cm in diameter (1,8 cm diameter the L eyeball); A single rounded spot of gas and hyper-attenuating amorphus material is seen within the R eyeball.
DIAGNOSIS
R-sided buphtalmos and enophtalmitis secondary to an intra-ocular abscess (migrating foreing body).
