RESULTS Saccular dilatation of the sub-arachnoid space at the level of T11 resulting in severe caudal thoracic compressive myelopathy. Myelography demonstrated the typical teardrop-shaped widening of the contrast column at the site of the SAD

Giuseppe Lacava Painful R eyeball, and purulent ocular discharge RESULT The right eyeball is increased in size measuring 2,1 cm in diameter (1,8 cm diameter the L eyeball); A single rounded spot of gas and hyper-attenuating amorphus material is seen within the R eyeball.
